ENDERMOLOGIE

Endermologies treats the cutaneous and subcutaneous connective tissue. Being the perfectly adapted to every condition and region of the body, Endermologie yields results that are highly effective from a physiological as well as from a consmetic standpoint. It targets cellulite by acting upon the hypodermic connective tissue, promoting vascularizatino and elimination of toxins, stimulating cellular exchanges, as well as mobilizing the “connective gel” in order to restore its smoothness.

Based on similar physiological principles,  Endermologie reduces water retention by boosting the venous and lymphatic systems. Endermologie can reshape the body and reduce volumes by enhancing lipolysis at various fatty tissue levels. At the epidermic level, Endermologie performs an exfoliation thereby eliminating dead cells and restoring the skin’s natural radiance. Because of its multiple benefits, Endermologies is also used as an anti-aging therapy. It provides virtually every answer to women’s cosmetic concerns. Administered as part of a weight-loss program (for men or women), Endermologie optimizes results through it mechanical and physiological action on deep-seated fat layers and stimulates the body’s waste disposal mechanisms. Endermologie is the ideal solution to reduce cellulite and improve overall aesthetic appearance. Within the context of liposurgery, Endermologie softens and smoothens the subcutaneous connective tissue in preparation for surgery. Endermologie is also used to refine post-surgery results. After liposuction, it treats oedemas and residual ecchymosis, reducing cellulite, improving asymmetries and treating areas that would not benefit from surgery.

The Cellu M6 is equipped with a highly sophisticated treatment head, which uses suction to create a skin fold whose histological elements benefit from the mechanical action of two motorized rollers. Clinically, the effectiveness of Endermologie lies in its action upon cutaneous and subcutaneous structures such as connective tissue, fatty tissue, as well as vascular and lymphatic circulation.

As a result, the body is reshaped; skin quality and texture are improved. The dermic and hypodermic connective tissue, which could be compared to a sort of "gel" often too dense, becomes more fluid with the first few mobilizing manoeuvres. The combined action of the motorized rollers that successively fold and unfold the skin and the manoeuvres administered rhythmically causes the density of the tissue to change, improving cellular and fluid exchanges. Release and decompression of the different vascular, arterial, venous and lymphatic structures immediately result in influx of blood along with its nourishing elements, and clearing up of fluids and metabolites. Tissue becomes transformed; dermis and hypodermis become thinner. Adipocytes and their receptors regain the mediators that facilitate lipolysis, further promoting the thinning of the hypodermis along with the reshaping of the silhouette. At the same time, tissue is completely restructured through evacuation of water from proteoglycan molecules and release of waste attached to elastin fibers. Treatment after treatment, fibroblasts-the connective tissue's mother cells-are stimulated, leading to renewed collagen and elastin production. This translates into cutaneous resurfacing and tissue rejuvenation. Taking into account every region of the body, this technique boosts the body's major cleansing mechanisms, purging the inner environment contained within the body's smooth and supple outer shell. Practiced during treatment, Endermogym actively or passively stimulates muscles, supplying them with essential nutrients, and provides resistance training to create tone and shapely curves.

Manoeuvres adapted to every tissular objective:

  • Body reshaping
  • Cellulite
  • Cutaneous revitalization

Manoeuvres are selected based on the patient's morphotype, her age and type of treatment. Every region, including arms, thighs, ankles, calves, stomach, buttocks or hips, is treated while carefully respecting the nature of the tissue and its predicament, and according to a rigorous grid pattern, following or reshaping body contour. The levels of contact of the treatment head - "against the skin,' .released:' or "lifted" - are adapted to treatment requirements. Treatment protocols are selected based on morphotypes: for gynoids, anti-cellulite manoeuvres are applied on the lower body; on the contrary, androids receive manoeuvres designed to eliminate fat around the abdomen and the back. There are also specific manoeuvres for "heavy legs," post-surgery or postpartum. Of course, in order to maximize results, the practitioner should be well trained and should fully master the technique. LPG has several centers throughout the world, providing fast, effective and continuing training, which allows practitioners to learn and improve their technique for optimal results.

Sanding is used to revitalize while stimulating the dermis to achieve tissue resurfacing following weight loss or pregnancy, or as part of an anti-aging treatment

Bouncing can be associated with all manoeuvres mentioned here (except sanding), especially on thick fatty areas.

Kneading is designed for cellutie-ridden areas, especially where cellulite is dense and long established.

The Figure Eight is specific to cellulite-ridden areas and is designed to smoothen tissue.

At the beginning and at the end of the treatment of a particular area, winding is a soothing manoeuvre designed to control the newly-regained smoothness of the skin
